Notices and ReceiptsThe system provides notes on the Timestamp, IP, Operative System, and Application from which a communication is produced. Regarding every e-mail sent trough the ConfirmSign platform, the recipient is offered the possibility of answering by the same channel. This function creates an unmistakable bond between sending and answer.
Electronic evidenceA PDF document with all the information related to every sending can be downloaded from the customer area at any moment. All these processes are gathered in a document called cfsData. It is always at your disposal and permanently updated. Users can also download this document online.
Any content or document sent through ConfirmSign is processed with an encryption filter so that it remains immutable and recorded in our databases for five years.
ConfirmSign associates a TimeStamp to every content as well as to all the available information about the machine from which the sending is carried out.
Once the e-mail sending is activated, one or several notices are sent o the recipient.
These notices can be configured by the senders, who can establish not only the quantity of notices they want to be sent to the recipients, and the periodicity; but also a validity period to accede. When the set period expires without being the e-mail read, it turns to the Refused state and access is not allowed.
Once the recipient has acceded the content of the e-mail, the sender receives the Read Receipt in real time.
Every time the recipient accesses the document, a new note is recorded. The first and the last five notes remain recorded in the cfsData. The affidavit includes every reading regarding the whole communication.
The recipient is offered to answer for free, remaining this answer certified and unmistakably linked to the previously sent communication.
Apart from answering, the recipient is also allowed to attach documents. Both the content and the answer receipt are registered and included in the documental evidence cfsData.
ConfirmSign issues the cfsData certificate under user's request and in real time by downloading online a PDF to be presented out of the ConfirmSign platform.
This document includes every note and content registered in the documentary databases that ConfirmSign stores of each sending. It is at the sender and recipient's disposal.
Users can request the Affidavit of a specific communication at any moment during a period of five years.
ConfirmSign issues a PDF document in which the identification of the communication is included by means of a cfsCode identifier that the system has ascribed in order to be presented at any Notary's office and thus obtain the Affidavit.
