ConfirmSign issues the evidence based on two recognized legal concepts: "Trusted Third Parties" and "Non-repudiation." Sender and recipient have the chance of obtaining the affidavit in any of the more than 80 member states of The Hague Conference on Private International Law, and any of the notaries members of the International Union of Notaries.

Privileged relations:
The International Union of Notaries has privileged relations with professional jurists who fulfill "notarial" duties in various countries or federal States, or even with the bodies that represent them. Some of these have already asked to join the Union:

Note: there is a difference between Members (Organization members) and Parts (of a Convention): all the 69 States / Regional Economical Integration Organizations here included have accepted the Statute and are Members of the Hague Conference on Private International Law.
