In accordance with the Spanish Organic Law LO 15/1999, OF 13th December, on Personal Data Protection, ConfirmSign s.l. hereby lists the following information:

With regard to the personal data collected by www.confirmsign.com, we kindly inform you that said data shall be treated solely and exclusively for the correct functioning of the services offered in said Web site by ConfirmSign s.l. Likewise, ConfirmSign s.l. shall treat the data for advertising and sending promotion notices of the company, its activity, products and services, as well as documents, by various means, including electronic means, and other means of information for commercial purposes.

ConfirmSign may collect information through the ConfirmSign website or through the Customer Service website in order to, among other things, accurately categorize and respond to a customer's inquiry and deliver appropriate service levels.
Log files, IP addresses and information about your computer

An invitation sent to non-user will list your email address and your name in the heading of the message.
Exclusion of liability

Closing Your Account
You can also close your account through the ConfirmSign website.
