The communications sent from ConfirmSign are encrypted, having a high level security protocol. A Notary periodically verifies the whole platform working system.

All the transactions and communications carried out in ConfirmSign use the SSL and HTTPS protocols for the flow of encrypted communication, which is the same security protocol banks use. Through the use of the latest encryption systems, in ConfirmSign we guarantee to our customers the maximum tranquility when sending and receiving sensitive information. Both the processes of transfer of personal data and transfer of documents via e-mail carried out in the users private area are absolutely safe.

The Timestamp is a sequence of characters showing the time and date on which a certain event took place. This information is presented in a format that allows for an easy comparison between two different registers, as well as for a progress monitoring throughout time. Timestamping is the practice of recording timestamps consistently along present-day information. The time is based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC.) This is the time of the reference time zone upon which all of the other time zones around the world are calculated, and it is the successor of GMT.

All of the traffic generated on the ConfirmSign platform will be stored in databases and in our own servers for a minimum of 5 years and at notaries' disposal. All the communications and contents produced in ConfirmSign will be likewise stored in our databases in a redundant way in at least two different servers and will be geographically separated by not less than 500 kilometers. Both the time and date registers and the recipients registers will be properly protected under the standards marked by the Spanish Organic Law of Data Protection (LOPD.)

The ConfirmSign system is periodically verified by a requested Notary. All the verification certificates are available and are of public access for the platform users, who can annex whatever process in which they are required. The Notarial Accreditation of Processes protocol consists in a complete system test carried out by a requested Notary, who will both check the sender and recipient cycles, as well as make sure that the contents use the inalterability protocol and that the time and data attached to every communication are correct.
Both the public and the private areas in our site ConfirmSign can be accessed from any operative system: Windows, Linux, Macintosh, etc.; as well as from browsers for Smartphone Mobile Terminals.
Although it is preferable to have broadband internet access, users will be usually able to access the most part of the materials with MODEM connection such as 28.8kbps. Neverthelees, you will take more time to access the contents with these connections.
